A booking is only confirmed once paid in full and a voucher is issued. Until then the room is held only briefly.
The amount shown at payment is final for those dates and rooms and includes taxes and statutory charges.
The person booking is responsible for the accuracy of the name, national ID and mobile number. A mismatch with the ID card can lead to refusal at the hotel.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling up to 72 hours before check-in: 10% of the total is charged as a fee.
Cancelling 72–24 hours before check-in: 30% of the total is charged.
Cancelling less than 24 hours before check-in: 50% of the total is charged.
No-show or cancellation after check-in time: the first night is charged in full.
At peak times, Nowruz, public holidays and religious occasions, cancellation terms are stricter and a booking may be non-refundable.
Refunds, after the cancellation fee, go back to the card you paid with within 72 working hours.
Changing a booking
Changing dates or room type depends on availability and hotel approval and may change the price.
Reducing nights or rooms after booking falls under the cancellation terms above.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is usually 14:00 and check-out 12:00 noon, unless the hotel page says otherwise.
Every adult guest must carry a national ID card or birth certificate.
Unmarried couples sharing a room are subject to each hotel’s rules and current regulations.
Other
Requests entered under “Your request to the hotel” are not guaranteed and depend on the hotel.
